How to do a good job of fire prevention with moving head lamp?

Fire prevention must be done well on the stage, otherwise there will be a big problem in case of fire. Therefore, in order to avoid such accidents, we have summarized these experiences for your reference.

First, choose the type of lamps reasonably

In places with explosive mixtures or where explosive media are easy to be produced in production, integral explosion-proof devices should be used. Sealed or moisture-proof lamps shall be used in places with corrosive gases and special humidity, and their components shall also be subject to anti-corrosion treatment. In hot and dusty places (such as steel making, ironmaking, steel rolling and other places), floodlights can be used. Outdoor lighting can be closed lamps or open lamps with fire-proof lampholders.

Second, lighting and decorative lamps should be installed correctly

(1)The distance between lamps and combustibles shall not be less than 50 cm (more than 50 cm for halogen tungsten lamps), and the height from the ground shall not be less than 2 meters. When it is lower than this height, protective facilities shall be installed. Combustible materials should not be stacked under the bulb.

(2)The protective cover of the lamp must be intact, and it is strictly forbidden to cover the lamp with paper, cloth or other combustibles.

(3)The power of all concealed and exposed lamps on the combustible ceiling should not be too large, and should be mainly incandescent lamps or fluorescent lamps; There shall be good heat dissipation conditions around concealed lamps and their heating accessories. The conductors of concealed stage colored lights, dance floor footlights and lamps in combustible ceiling should be laid through steel pipes or flame-retardant rigid plastic sleeves; The conductor near the halogen lamp tube shall adopt heat-resistant insulating sheath; The place where the conductor of the hoisting lantern passes through the keel shall be protected by rubber rings.

(4)The low-temperature ballast with reliable quality shall be selected. It is not allowed to fix the ballast with high temperature rise directly on the combustible large flower board and other objects, and its capacitance and capacity must be consistent with the lamp tube.

(5)In class 0 and 10 explosion hazardous areas (Class 0 area refers to explosive gas and class 10 area refers to explosive dust), when open lamps are selected to make recessed niches, their access doors should be opened outside the wall and good ventilation should be ensured; The side to the indoor lighting shall be tightly sealed with double glass. The horizontal distance from the door and window frame shall not be less than 3 meters, and the horizontal distance from the exhaust outlet shall not be less than 5 meters.

Third, reasonably control electrical lighting

The lighting current should have its own branch circuit instead of being connected behind the main power switch. Each branch circuit shall be equipped with short-circuit protection facilities. In order to avoid accidents caused by overload and heating, overload protection devices must be installed in some important places and places where inflammables and explosives are concentrated. Non explosion proof lighting distribution boxes and control switches are strictly prohibited to be used in places with explosion hazards of level 0 and 10. Connectors shall be minimized behind the distribution board, and the panel surface shall be well grounded.

Fourth, strictly enforce the lighting voltage level and load

The lighting voltage is generally 220 v. the power supply voltage of portable lighting fixtures should not exceed 36 v. in wet areas, it should not exceed 12 v. the use of autotransformers is prohibited. Power sockets below 36V and above 220V shall have obvious differences and marks.

The number of lamps in a branch circuit should not exceed 20, the lighting current for civil use should be less than 15 A, and that for industrial use should be less than 20 a. The wire specification is determined by the load (each socket is calculated with 2 ~ 3 a load). The three-phase four wire lighting circuit should also be well balanced with three-phase loads.

Emergency lighting fixtures should be set in places prone to accidents, main entrances and exits of buildings, important workplaces and other places, and marked with obvious color marks in case of accidents, they can be used in time and conveniently. Emergency lighting fixtures cannot be of slow start type (such as ballast start lamps, etc.).

Emergency lighting fixtures shall be powered by independent emergency batteries to ensure that they can be opened and used normally without being affected when the normal power system is damaged.
